Companies our management has worked with in fulfillment of various consulting projects
Travelex International: Our inaugural project was to work with Travelex International to create a staffing system which is currently being implemented.
Pintay Distribution, Taisun Group, Taiwan: Team member, Ken Verbecky, worked with this major Taiwan based distributor to convenience stores, providing staff training in operations best practices and business performance modeling.
Worked with TLC Beatrice China to expand their retail operation throughout mainland China including such diverse locations as Chengdu, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Xiamen, and Beijing.
Shell Oil: We have worked with Shell International in London, and with many Shell Oil affiliates around the world. We played a key role in the creation of the Shell Select International Store Design Manual, and helped develop and implement many management tools including staffing models, stock and margin management systems, budgeting systems, shrink reduction systems, and queue management systems.
Mobil Oil: Our team has conducted numerous convenience store studies for Mobil affiliates in South America, Africa, and Europe - assisting Mobil management in important decisions regarding the direction of retail operations.
PAS Oil is a major Israeli fuel retailer. Our management team worked with PAS on a project to look at all aspects of adding convenience stores to their currently existing fuel stations.
Unionbank of the Philippines: Team member David North created a highly efficient branch design for Unionbank. The layout allowed them to reduce branch size and corresponding costs, decrease transaction times, and increase branch business overall. The design has now been in effect for over seven years, and is widely considered one of the most cost-efficient in the Philippines.
Lianhua Supermarkets (China): Team member, Ken Verbecky, conducted a market opportunities assessment and trained Lianhua management in operations analytics and business performance scoring models. We also assessed the usefulness of the company's warehouse facilities in support of an expanding base of convenience stores. Are you looking for a way to train more employees at lesser cost?
